A little about Kim Kinney....
I am just a regular gal doing her best to keep all the plates spinning while being bombarded by the craziness of life. I am constantly trying to figure out which plates can topple and which ones need to keep twirling. As a wife, mom, author, and Bible study teacher, life can be full to overflowing at times. Born in South Dakota and raised in Wisconsin, I currently do life in North Carolina. I am a lover of Jesus, words and their derivations, reading, dogs, swimming, cycling, and anything that hints at adventure. If a snowstorm hits, reminding me of my growing-up years in South Dakota and Wisconsin, you may find me sledding down the local hill with the neighborhood kids or frolicking, arms outstretched, in joyful abandon. I have been a devoted student of God’s Word my entire adult life and have taught in many capacities. Over fifteen years ago, I founded and led an online Christian ministry, The Edge, for young adults and professionals. It grew quickly and boasted a presence in eight countries. It was during these years that God birthed in me a love for writing. God has now led me to take my writing to a different platform in the form of a book series. My debut book, Living for His Glory, is the first of three on the topic of living in victory for the glory of God as the greatest priority of our lives.
