Women's Ministry

Women of Dignity: Proverbs 31:25

Denver UMC Women’s Ministry is designed to encourage growth in your relationship with Christ and with other women. We all come from different areas of life with unique gifts, passions, and experiences to share and encourage each other for the Kingdom of God. Through Bible study, UMW, MOPS, retreats, and numerous opportunities for outreach, Denver UMC connects women to serve Christ and influence our community and the world.

Connection Groups

At DUMC, we value the importance of relationships and authentic community.  We believe that Christian discipleship happens best when we are connected with others through small group opportunities where we can encourage, care and support one another, and be intentional as we seek to grow our relationship with Christ.  Having avenues to share our spiritual walk is vital to healthy growth.  We recognize that everyone has their own starting point and pace, and that there are different seasons in life and faith.  For that reason, DUMC has four pillars of small groups offering you plenty of opportunities to be connected:  Fellowship, Service, Support and Bible Study.

We invite you to be a part of the momentum at DUMC.  From the very beginning of creation, God said that
it was not good to be alone. (Genesis 2:18)

Men's ministry

Men of Courage: 1 Kings 2:2

Our desire for Men’s Ministry is to help every man at DUMC become the man God has called him to be; taking men on a journey of transformation—developing a strong relationship with God, for the pursuit of His Glory, and in constant worship of Him. Through challenging, equipping, and empowering the men of our community to lead, we desire to see healthy marriages, joy-filled homes, and safe neighborhoods. The process of helping men move from relying on themselves or others too relying on God is discipleship.
